Order Processing and Delivery

• Processing Time: Once your order is successfully placed, we aim to dispatch and deliver your purchase within 7 to 10 business days.
• Delivery Delays: Should your order require a longer period for preparation or delivery, we will ensure you are promptly informed via email with an updated timeline.

Order Cancellation

• Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: You have the option to cancel your order at any time before it has been officially dispatched from our warehouse or partner location.
• Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Once the item has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the product, it must be processed as a return under our standard 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy. The returned article must be in its proper, original condition to qualify for a refund.

Payment Methods
