• 7-Day Window: Returns and exchanges are available within 7 days of the original order delivery date.
• General Policy: We offer easy exchanges and returns on all products, unless specifically noted on the individual product page that the item is final sale.

Process, Fees, and Refunds

• Processing Fee: A basic processing and logistics fee of ₹99 will apply to all return or exchange requests and must be paid by the customer.
• Quality Check (QC): All refunds and exchanges are processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection at the warehouse.
• Refunds: Once the product successfully passes the quality check, the refund amount will be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
• Exchange Limit: We allow a maximum of two exchanges per single order.

As COCO 20 features exclusive designer collections, we care deeply for our partners and the integrity of their inventory. To ensure fairness and hygiene for all customers, strict quality standards apply:

• Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unworn, and pristine condition, with all tags attached.
• Immediate Inspection: We highly recommend that you unbox and inspect the product immediately upon receiving your order.
• Hygiene Exclusion: We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the product is found to be dirty, stained, damaged, or altered.
• No Perfume: Please do not try products on after wearing perfume or deodorant. Any product returned carrying noticeable scents, odors, or marks will automatically fail the quality check and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
